From our first conversation, our sales person was eager to work with us and our needs in regards to design and budget. Signed contract 18 Mar, pool not complete and it is mid Jul. Original sales man lied and told us all the people worked directly for Sun-Ray and that they did not subcontract out. Subcontracting created a lot of delays as we had to wait for openings in their packed schedules. Also, original salesman left Sun-Ray & all the things we had discussed with him were not relayed to the owner and so my pool was not built the way we had asked. When Sun-Ray Pools came to my home for installation they did a good job. They got out here and stayed on it. It only took a couple of weeks. It was awesome.
