From the initial consult to finishing the job everyone was very easy to work with. Our install crew was great too! They were punctual, answered questions as needed and cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. They installed a perimeter drain and sump pump which has since kept our basement dry.

Our experience working with the Sun-Ray foundation repair team was an extremely positive experience. We had a sagging floor due to a main beam support in our crawl space sinking into the ground along with insulation needing removed from a different section due to moisture. They shored up the sagging floor with I beams placed on each side of the room containing our furnace, hot water heater and water softener then repaired the main beam support. They listened to concerns during the quote process, spent time addressing on how to remedy the concerns and then addressed all through a well detailed quote.
