This business is a sham. They never respond to emails and make you wait forever for service (months). They take deposits and don’t deliver on the agreed upon work. They pad up the invoices with work they never perform. You will not get resolution to any problem you have and you won’t get a refund. They never fixed our problem and still have some of our money. We had to hire someone else.
Very slow service. Unable to respond to calls. Techs are not available to fix problems. They need to hire more staff and be more customer focused. Do not take on new clients till existing are happy
Have installed on 2 homes and the whole experience has always been great!
