The tech I had today was very rough and seemed to be in a hurry. She cut the skin on top of my toe using her file, and the paint job was not clean around the nail.

I paid $80 for a super short set that was everything I did NOT want. I told the Tech Lee, I wanted a short full set with DIP. And for color I wanted the Ombré French DIP. I said specifically I want round nails and NO almond! And I got almond. But that wasn’t even the worst part. I ended up getting a sprayed on French manicure and I said to him that when I came in I wanted DIP FRENCH! Not SPRAYED ON! And my cuticles were barely cleaned for $80. Ive been to this spa four or five times now and I honestly don’t know why I even go back. Every time there’s always something new that they do wrong. Whether it’s filing my nails so thin that I get rings of fire, filing on the side of my nails to where my skin starts to bleed, or shortening my nails with a file after I said don’t cut them. I understand getting your nails done is expensive, but to get a previous set taken off and a gel X set with no design It cost me $85. Always a great experience at Sun Prarie Nails and Spa! I have had a variety of nail techs there, and all of them are always asking and checking to make sure I like my nails/toenails. I also appreciate the small talk they make as well, they are always so kind!
