Token Springs elementary school parking lot lights are owned by SP utilities, which clearly makes them one of the worst light polluters in Wisconsin
We've lived in SP for almost 20 years, so we've had SPU for water/electric service just as long. Whenever I've called SPU during regular business hours, I've been routed after a SHORT phone tree to a real person who answers my questions promptly. In 2025...that's become a rarity. There were a couple billing hiccups when we first signed up and again when we moved, but they were resolved without much issue. They send you a “past due” email on the same day as the payment appears on the account. Literally the moment the amount payable appears online it’s already “past due”. Really bad online payment system.
