I’d like to provide feedback regarding my experience. The representative’s customer service lacked engagement and empathy, and I experienced several cold transfers without any explanation. Because of that, I had to repeatedly explain my situation to each new representative. Better communication and warm handoffs would improve both efficiency and customer satisfaction. I dealt with a rep by the name of Charlie, I hope he gets the training he needs and does better next time.

Rates are WAY too high. Their usage adjustments per time of year and/or season make even minimal usage reflect a very high bill. I have no issues with staff or customer service however.

My mom called about a power outage. They responded quickly, and called my mom when they arrived. Bob called my mom and kept her updated. When Bob found out she used oxygen, he offered to get her help. She didn't need it right away and the power was soon restored. I'd like to thank Bob, his coworker on the job, and Sun Prairie Utilities for a job well done! Bob went above and beyond with his service!
