No issues ordering online and picking up flowers for Valentine's Day. Service was quick and friendly, flowers were beautiful and the vase it came with was great. That said, the price may keep me from buying professional flowers too often in the future. That would go with any location and not specific to this shop.
I placed an order over the phone for an arrangement to be delivered. The entire process, from placing the order, determining what to send, and coordinating the delivery was absolutely seamless and the customer service was great. I was WOWED by the flowers my friend received - such a beautiful and unique arrangement and really high quality blooms. Great value too!! If I have occasion to order flowers in Madison again I will definitely use Hen & Chick again. Thank you!
