Been an installer for years..no issues until new owners took over. If there was ever an issue ( which weren't many) , Sun Pools was quick to resolve. Since the ownership change we have had nothing but run arounds. Got a pool with a crack and they have ask for install photos, completed photos and other paperwork, which we had to cover our rears if a issue e er arises. That was not enough, now they want plumbing photos even though the piping is 18" from top of pool and the crack is at bottom of deep end. One excuse after anoth... read more
Truck deliveries is second gate, you will have to back in off the street, through the gate and blind side in. There are two docks at the end. Very nice people.
Overall, my experience was pretty solid. Check-in was quick — just pull into the second gate entrance when you arrive. Due to all the pools in the way, your only real option is a blindside back into the dock, which isn’t the easiest move. The space is real tight, so backing in might take a minute. But once you’re in, unloading only took about 20 to 30 minutes.
