Sun Pool performed repair service on my hot tub in a professional manner -- very happy for their attention to the issue.
Gabriel is top notch with service. Purchased my tub 5 years ago and the heater was shot in the midst of a snowstorm and was bound to freeze over. Within 24 hours two servicemen into the snow to turn the heater off so the tub stayed on and prevented the water from freezing and destroying the tub. Sent the crew out a few weeks later and had it fixed and parts still under warranty. Always prompt service and literally saved our hot tub from being ruined five years after a purchase.
