Service was excellent!! I purchased a Hot Tub Cover and they came and installed it. They came during the cold winter days and completed the installation.
The heater on my older model hot tub malfunctioned in the dead of winter. With outdoor temperatures dropping into the teens, I was concerned components could freeze and cause damage to the tub. Gabriel was able to quickly schedule a service call. The servicemen, Marvin and Eric, identified the problem as a heat sensor. I bought a hot tub from Gabriel back in October. He was easy to work with, gave us a fair price and oversaw the delivery of our hot tub. A real professional. In addition, Gabriel recommended three electricians. We chose one of them (Avivi), and they were great. I highly recommend Sun Pools and Gabriel.
