We worked Gabe on installing our new spa and things went very well. Everything he promised we got and it was a smooth transaction. Good people, great service and we highly recommend.
We shopped around (NJ&PA), but this was the right place for us. From purchase to delivery was less than 1 week, very smooth process. No pressure at showroom, very accommodating (even with toddlers running around). Marvin and the rest of the team were professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even helped troubleshoot minor things missed by the installing electrician so that the hot tub works flawlessly. I recommend Sun Pools and Marvin if you're looking for a hot tub in central NJ.
Sun Pools showed up on time with 2 experts and replaced my pool spa engine within 1 hour. They helped trouble shoot some other problems while they were here. It was a great experience and I’ll be calling them for any other trouble I have with my pool spa.
