Dissatisfied – They put in my pool almost 4 yrs ago. Today I'm getting a huge chunk of the concrete replaced around the pool...they didn't pack the ground or fill in any sand. I had a 4-6 inch gap and concrete wasn't even touching the ground anymore. Also, I had cracks in the concrete in the first year after the install. They came out and replaced two sections in the first few months and the work was just shoddy. They will put your pool in quick, but they don't definitely don't specialize in concrete portion. Very dissatisfied – Sun Pools did work for us recently. They did not finish the job as promised, left the landscaping in very bad shape, and would not return our calls when we called to complain. Unfortunately, we paid them before the job was done and had to hire someone else to finish the work.
