Do not rent! McKinley actually required me to do my own landscaping, and mow my own lawn! This was unbelievable that they required me to do this and offered me no concessions for doing their job!
I was a female college student living here with another female room mate. I had to have my boyfriend move in due to stabbings, break ins, and ex-criminal neighbors. Throughout the night you could hear fights, music, or something going on outside. No sense of security, bikes stolen and cars broken into. Living on the first floor made it ten times worse.
