If you ever visit, Sunpeaks for skiing and you get Injured on the mountain or sick, do not get fooled that Sunpeaks have a medical center. Sunpeaks does not have care facilities to deal with emergencies on Sundays (the busiest days) and if someone gets sick and need some medical care, you are outright told that This facility does not deal with walk in patients and you should rather go to Kamloops for care. Closed for the season?! What does supposed to mean?! That we don't have medical assistance in the community?! That is ridiculous... This clinic must be open everyday despite if we have tourists or no, because is not a "touristic clinic" it supposed to be also for the community as well !

This is supposed to be a local medical center. They have been completely unwilling to help. It's really terrible that locals who funded the health center can't ever get in to see a doctor. Seems the majority of the patients are all from off mountain. The front desk staff are always unhelpful. They should be embarrassed with the level of care and service they provide to locals. Do better!
Great experience. My son had a bad arm injury and we were seen quickly by a patroller, then a doctor, then got a cast. All in about 1h 45m and everybody was very kind. Great resource to have this facility on the hill.
