Definitely a gem of a place.
No porters to be seen on arrival. No Concierge as well. Also only one person on check-in. Very poor for such a large 4 Star Hotel. Rooms are comfortable enough but Hotel lacks service.
We stopped here for an overnight stay but what a gorgeous village this is. The hotel has a warm pool and we used this at night which was fun. Close to all shops and restaurants in the village.
Out dated, not maintained,no pride in the appearance. No water in rooms and no room service, no screens on window, bugs flood the room if left open. Pillows were lumpy. Called for bottled water to be delivered, told they don’t bring up to your room? Aircon loud and locked, unable to control fan speed. Reception staff friendly.
Room was fine. Was really looking forward to using the sauna but like many hotels, it was 'our of order'.
