Karen catered a 4 day private retreat that I hosted in the area. From our first meeting we knew the food was going to be special, and Karen exceeded our (high) expectations. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, super fresh, from scratch with local ingredients. Karen catered our small wedding last night, and my new husband and I were absolutely blown away! She did a five course dinner for us. We were wanting a fine dining feel, and she did not disappoint! Every one of our guests were amazed by the food. I cannot imagine a more perfect option for our wedding. Karen is absolutely gifted, and a very kind, sweet, and accommodating person on top of that! What a great experience we had last night! Karen and chef Sahir took over the kitchen. The appetizers were mouth watering and so delicious! We were 10 people and 3 of them were chefs. A very important tip don't eat to much from the appetizers even they are outstanding because main course was mind blowing.
