Like all good independent optometrists, we do thin lenses, contact lenses, retinal photography, blah blah blah…. but we also know where to get good cannoli and coffee from. I recently contracted an eye issue that became quite serious. I attended Sun & Partners after being declined help at other businesses and it was evident I needed help. 10 minutes after walking into Sun & Partners I saw Robert who diagnosed my issue. I then saw Michael who took me under his wing for several sessions over several weeks, I am now fully healed. I had a really pleasant experience with Jeff. This was my first appointment with him, and I chose Sun & Partners because I was hoping for someone a bit more experienced and able to spend a bit more time assessing and talking through some issues I was having with my vision. I have now been attending this practice for five years have always received exemplary service. My previous Optometrist moved interstate requiring me to find another practice where I was comfortable with all the services. Absolutely appalling treatment by reception staff when my Neuro Ophthalmologist requested urgent release of Eye Field test reports and was denied because the reports were kept on an individual's system and they couldn't access without him there. It took 2 phone calls before they told me that the individual WAS there, they were just with a patient.
