Went several times to office for maintenance. They couldn't book an appointment with me and expected me to be home at their convenience without properly informing me of their arrival time. I still have leaking hozes and they never helped me winterize as promised. Park is closing tomorrow.
Great service! Rob knows his stuff. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He installed a weight distribution hitch for us that he had in stock. It made all the difference to us on our trip up north. We will definitely use him again. Highly recommend Sun Parlour Trailers.
