After a week of bounced back emails, voicemails and nobody answering the phone, I gave up trying to GIVE THEM MONEY. Apparently they dont want my money for advertising.

I honestly would not even give this company one star if I didn’t have too. We have used bus shelters (22 of the) through another company for several years with great success, last year Sun Pacific Power bought them out. So we resigned and prepaid for a year with them. I noticed in June one of our shelters was broken and contacted my representative. At first she was great and very responsive. I was told it would be taken care of, a month later nothing so I emailed again and she told me they didn’t have my art work... a long s... read more

If you use them, save every single document and make sure you are given everything in writing because they will say they don't have a record of your job when you call to have them repair the broken work they did. Even after offering to just pay for them to come, I was still given the run around. Seemed a little odd. Beware!
