Excellent gym and all around country club facilities.
If you’re an influencer, body builder or like taking the occasional selfie DON’T GO TO SUN OAKS! I took pics with my old roomie and they called my grandpa and told him to take me off the membership and he did out of the embarrassment. The staff was gossiping so loudly in the front desk and around the building that my BF came to Tell me the staff was gossiping about it. What a hostile environment! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
It would be nice if y ou posted on the website, your hours more accurately. Im here on a Friday at 8 and it's closed. Maybe it's a holiday schedule but it's not posted on your site as far as I can tell.
Best pricing in redding for having many options on recreational workouts, recommend joining this gym, and the workers are very kind and welcoming, untill you stay over the closing time, then they'll get upset. Edit: if ur looking for availability, this is not the gym.
