Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

No, it was fine Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was well organized and clean. Dr. Sun makes you feel as if you are his only patient and that he really cares what you are going through and wants to help alleviate your problem. He also listens to information I have found through various sources and doesn't dismiss it but evalutes everything and gives me his best advise. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
