The arena is pretty small and is in a terrible area. I only go to the arena when they have WWE events, which they have about once a year, but the arena is so small that they generally only get house shows, they haven't had a TV taping in a good while and are way too small to get a Pay-Per-View. With the IZOD Center in East Rutherford and the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ has two superior venues in the state already.
