Everything is usually easy and convenient but I think it's time for metal detectors and more security.

I purchased my tickets for tonights Disney on Ice back in November. Due to the weather and the cancellations of yesterday's shows, my seats were doubled booked. So when my family and I went to our seats another family was sitting in them. Fortunate for us there were seats in a row ahead of us. But even those were someone else's seats but there was enough seats in the row for my family and the other family to sit. I have tickets for today's 3:00 show, this place needs to update us I am not risking the safety of a child because they haven't cancelled in a blizzard! Last update was 15 hours ago! I hope SOMEONE will get on the ball a think about the safety of the kids!
If I could give a zero I would. Sun National Bank Center has not cancelled Disney on Ice for January 23. There is a major storm coming, and they simply don't care about their patrons. All they want is their money. Disney values? You got to be kidding.
It's just a horrible blizzard but sure, the show must go on! Ensure to risk the safety of your children just because they're too greedy to lose a buck.
I love the convenience of this venue. Not a bad seat in the house...
