Please tell us why you are keeping the processing fees on the canceled shows? Doesn't seem fair!!
The fact that instead of rescheduling Disney on ice you cancelled it and kept the processing fee for each order is criminal to me! I had to place 2 orders because there is a maximum number of tickets per order so you kept $10 from our Girl Scout troop. Multiply that by the number of purchasers you had for these shows and you’ve really made a profit off a public health crisis. You should be ashamed. I won’t attend another event here.
The company is not at all interested in servicing their customer requests for a rain check or refund for their events. We are continuously being advised to avoid large crowds during the evolving Coronavirus epidemic, yet they refuse to reimburse anyone who has tickets to their event. Why would I subject my small children to a Disney on Ice show while the media is stressing a public health crisis? Do the right thing CURE!
My husband and I paid around 1000.00 for a wrestling event and we were forbidden to leave the building to go to our car and come back - we will never attend another event here again we felt like prisoners
I feel like I have been robbed. My husband ordered tickets for the indoor races two weeks ago we ended up paying over $110 per ticket. I looked today same section same row seat right next to ours priced $28. Tried live chat got the well we do have transparency prices change closer to an event... ok I can even deal with that but not at 4x the price that I paid. Terrible customer service my wife who is physically disabled was treated terrible for buying seats in the handicap section! To the point where the usher told my daughter is she didn’t understand her that we were told to move! First and last time for my family attending a event here!
it's a very old place but a bad place to see an event staff is very frendly and very helpful prices for food n drinks are very hight of course parking is ok
Why is the only American flag in the arena a small one draped over an elevated walkway that you can hardly see? You can’t even see the entire flag because it’s hanging over the walkway. Shameful.
