My friend and I decided to try this place because we were already going to be out shopping and the reviews looked good. We get our nails done very regularly, so we are very familiar with normal removal procedures. Unfortunately, my experience here was completely unacceptable. I was having ANC removed, and the technician used extreme force with the drill—digging into my nails with the sides of the bit and applying so much pressure that the drill actually stopped multiple times. I am the other friend from Brenna H.'s review and here to back up her review. This was a wild experience, drilled right through her nail into her skin, drew blood and then laughed at her making her feel like she was in the wrong. Then left her sitting there having no idea what was going on until she asked what was going on, they said a manager was going to take over. They don’t clean their pedicure bowls. Watched the workers “wash it out” by splashing water with their hands in the bowl to rinse it out & that was it! Disgusting, no cleaning between customers.

I would suggest to make an appointment, as you should with any salon service just to be safe. Unlike other factory nail salons where there are new faces every three weeks that cannot properly do nails; there are only three nail techs, with experience and will not botch the service, then charge a ridiculous amount. I appreciate the consistency, you will not find young inexperienced nail techs on tiktock the whole time.
