I have a lot of anxiety going to all Dr's but Jennyfer has been so caring and supportive. It's because of her I followed through with my yearly exams and regular appointments. She is very thorough and explains everything to me. I appreciate her kindness and knowledge.... The rest of the staff I encountered was professional and friendly.
You have an appointment, arrive on time and still sit for nearly a hour before being called to a room where you sit for another 15-20minutes waiting for an intake person to come in and take some vital ask some mundane questions to wait some more until you’re seen by not a MD but an APRN. Don’t plan anything when going to this office because the wait time before being actually seen is unreal.
I love my doctor Tina Yang. She is so kind and professional and really goes over and beyond. She listens, cares, she gets tests and labs requested and referrals and medications I need to stay in top of my health. She's helped me with my disability forms and FMLA and letter of medical accommodations.
