Dan Kilpatrick took on repairing my hot tub, decided it was "not possible" to fix some basic plumbing issues on site, then straight up ignored me until I called in to ask about it. He then tells me to find somebody else to help after this sketchy behaviour. Crazy that any business stays afloat like this 🤣
Just purchased a 22 foot above ground pool from Canadian Tire and got a vague set of instructions for chemical treatment. Went to Sun N Fun Pool & Spa and they couldn't have been more helpful. Dan went over everything with me and didn't try to sell me any nonsense I didn't need. I will definitely be a return customer.
I had trouble with my outdated spa pac and not sure who to call. I stumbled into another company from Sylvan Lake who took more then two weeks to install but never completed the job. They never returned texts or phone calls so I had to try another company and found Sun N Fun. Les came out and in approximately half an hour, Les trouble shot the whole deal, and had it fixed. The customer service is top notch! I just bought a house with a hot tub and first time owning one and they have been nothing short of excellent! They have helped me out immensely with a ton of information on how to maintain my hot tub! Love this place!
