We planned our anniversary late and couldn’t get a room any where on the beach. I called and spoke with the owner who gave us an amazing rate and gave us the date we needed. . He kept communicating with us to make sure everything went smooth and it did. The room is literally on the beach. Had a nice kitchen and all the amenities we cared for. I’d definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

We stayed here the 1st week of March, 2026. Wes was very very understanding of our needs for a downstairs apt and actually rented us his personal place. We thoroughly loved his place. We felt right at home. It is a small place right on the beach, literally. Walk out the door and straight to the ocean. There's so much to do in the area with restaurants be I ng less than a mile down the road. If your looking for fancy hirise

Wonderful older building with aged character. Slow lifestyle not crowded beach and great outdoor space. Wes was wonderful to speak with and took care of our needs. If you appreciate old Florida this is the place for you. So relaxing to enjoy the days on the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Even saw a great sunrise over the bay/inland waterway across the street.

Everyone on earth needs tp visit here! Location is beautiful, owners very helpful and personable. It MADE our Honeymoon! So easy to work with and available for communication Thanks so much for the visit!!
