Called to make an appt, owner stated she would call me back to confirm... She never called, instead texted me at 11pm at night to let me know she couldn't get a hold of her therapist. I still have yet to receive a call back over 24hrs later. Worst customer service and very unprofessional texting someone at 11pm.

When we spoke on the phone, I had told you we had no availability for Wednesday as it was a very busy day and we wouldn't be able to accommodate your request. Just had a prenatal massage. My legs are less painful and I feel much more comfortable now.
Wife and I had the couples 60 minute Swedish with 30 minute reflexology. I own 3 spas and can vouch for therapists Barb and Tanya who are very talented. This treatment is also one of the best I have ever had, which is saying a lot as I have had hundreds of massages. We are going to copy it to use in our spas. �
