Efficient and get the job done!
I gave them two stars because. the customer service. was fantastic. The quality of work and time it took was not great. It took over a month to repair a front bumper. They said they were waiting on parts, but that still not acceptable in my book. My bumper was painted twice and after the second time. I just took my vehicle and left. The first time around they had to repaint the bumper because they wetsanded and polished it twice. Still looked like crap. The job that was done was far beyond my expectations. Regarding customer service it was beyond what you could ever ask. I was kept up to date via text messages on a daily basis. The staff that works in the office are very friendly. The appraiser was extremely informative and thorough about what needed to be fixed. I asked if I could have the car detailed after the repairs.
