Efficient and get the job done!
I gave them two stars because. the customer service. was fantastic. The quality of work and time it took was not great. It took over a month to repair a front bumper. They said they were waiting on parts, but that still not acceptable in my book. My bumper was painted twice and after the second time. I just took my vehicle and left. The first time around they had to repaint the bumper because they wetsanded and polished it twice. Still looked like crap.
