Don’t waste your time with Dr. Sun Moon. EXTREMELY unprofessional and horrible bedside manner. Took her over two weeks to return my call regarding MRI results for my grandmother. She’s smug, condescending, and needs an attitude adjustment. DON’T GO!
Dr. Moon carefully listened to my explanation of symptoms and the went about doing her detective work. She asked pertinent questions and tested my reaction to certain tests she gave me. She suggested I take my blood pressure medication at a different time of day. Makes sense, taking it early morning brings it down quickly and I need time to recover. I also was sent for some blood work. I feel confident that Dr. Moon will figure this out. I was lucky to find her. Thank you.
Met with Dr Moon and found her to be most pleasant and thorough. She took her time and asked insightful questions. We left with good advice and excellent instructions.
My experience with Dr. Moon was suboptimal. Despite presenting with symptoms of neuropathy, tingling, and burning in extremities, she maintained that I had migraines and only prescribed medication for that condition. Her online description indicates that she specializes in headaches, memory impairment, and neuropathy, but my experience suggests that she may not be equipped to handle complex cases.
