Wow, I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sun. I was really nervous about my appointment but he is so friendly and kind, I immediately felt at ease. He is also very honest, thorough, and explains things in a very easy way to understand. The woman who helped me at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him!
Zero stars. I had a boney mass removed from my sinuses that was identified to have mold. Tests showed it was systemic. He refuses lab testing to identify species for treatment AND cancelled my postop. What surgeon does that! His behavior is negligent, cowardly and unprofessional. He should have his medical license ripped from his weak hands. He works in Placentia and Corona, at Riverside Medical Clinic, who is also liable for his negligent behavior. This goes strictly AGAINST the Hippocratic oath.
I'm undecided how I feel about Dr Sun. On one hand: He looked at my MRI, CT scan and reports from others because my problem has been ongoing for six months. We went over the results together and he detailed why I'm feeling the way I am. On the other: He said "I can see the problem but I don't know how to fix it, you'll have to go somewhere else" and a follow-up appointment was never made. Dr. Sun is an outstanding and knowledgeable physician. He is kind and personable and his office staff are wonderful. His office staff is warm and friendly and his office is very efficient. I really appreciate Dr. Sun's excellent care.
Dr Sun is a great doctor and a good guy, but getting anything done with the office has been totally impossible. After my last appointment they promised to get in touch to set up my surgery and to prescribe me a CPAP machine. It has been almost two months since with zero follow through. I call and leave voice mails several times a week and have only been able to get someone on the phone once. They allowed me to make a payment, promised to call me back the same day and never did.
