Used to be the greatest mobile home park until new landlord that came in, keeps increasing rent and wanting approval for everything and wanting many certain demands that are definitely not necessary. Used to be very comfortable with last landlord being able to go to and ask for help or a questions now I’m not comfortable talking to this landlord, I might even have to pay and get approval for it first. Worst mobile park ever now just wants money from us from all the demands and money she wants us from us
This place is terrible, rotating management,constant rent hikes. My rent is 700 dollars base just for a lot not even a trailer it was 400 when we moved in 10 years ago there is no way they can really think that they should be getting almost double for a lot when they have literally not improved the park at all. One of the last mangers hired people to redo the asphalt and made the speed bumps so high people are scraping the bottom of there cars.
