I've used Sun-Masters to tint two of my previous vehicles, but my latest window tinting was not five star. When I picked up the vehicle, I saw bubbles on the windows. Despite following their advice to leave the car in the sun, the bubbles didn't go away. When I returned to have the windows redone, staff hesitated to honor their warrantee, and the installer was gruff and argumentative about having to redo the work. The owner of Sun-Masters contacted me directly to address my concerns which shows good faith.
I’ve taken two vehicles here and both times I’ve had great customer service, quality work, & great prices.
