Today I went car tint shop, I have a rear windshield with 2 pieces of tint sheet,worst service,don’t go this car tint shop.
I have used SunMasters Auto for years for all of my family’s vehicles. Mike and his team listen to our needs/wants and they deliver every time. The shop and waiting room are clean and we always leave with a smile!
I had a great experience getting my windows tinted! The customer service was top tier, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I was especially impressed with how efficient the process was; the service was quick. I had an appointment for my car and my daughter and daughter in laws car at 10:00 and we were done before 11:00. Everything was done with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and great service!
Mike takes upselling to another level. He told me that because my windows are curved, he would need to charge me an additional $85. On top of that, I asked him if his business is veteran owned. He said no. However, when you google search his establishment, it clearly states veteran owned. I will include a snapshot. I did not do business with him because of his dishonesty. After I left, I called 3 other shops. Not one of them told me that they would need to charge me more for curved glass. Don't waste your time with this shop... read more
