Massages were cool
I was looking forward to a good massage after a 5k. I guess she wasn’t strong enough to massage more firmly. Didn’t even massage arms, hands, shoulders, neck and feet. It was disappointing. She was nice though.
This place is professional and so helpful to my hurt body! I’m a woman and I came here because my military career has taken a toll on my body over the years. I requested a strong therapist and I made sure to pay/tip in advance. I left $30 because I requested deep tissue. My mom works in this industry so I already know how to leave a tip that’s not insulting (don’t bother coming to these kind of places if you don’t understand tipping culture). Horrible experience. Called and made a reservation for my husband at 6 pm. He got there and they told him to come back in a hour since they were busy. He went back after a hour and they told him the same thing. I don't understand why they would do this to a potential customer with an appointment. Don't waste your time with this place, book somewhere else that will value your time.
