I just spent $15 on their top car wash and it stopped halfway through while my car was covered in soap. I called the number 3 times no answer. I had to go and pay another $8 to wash it again. My last time here. I’ve been using this place for years. Sad.
Best bang for buck in the dirty dell.
That car wash needs to be repaired. The one with the brush does a horrible job. The water barely comes out and your car isn’t even clean. The vacuum has power but you have to use it a little longer to make sure everything was vacuumed up properly . This shouldn’t be $10 it should be $8 the highest cause that thing is on its last leg. I haven’t been in a while but today was enough, I won’t go back there.
Took my money but the car wash never started. After being told to move my vehicle forward it just sat there turned off. Saw other reviews that this has happened to other people as well. Will be pursuing other actions to get my money back.
I WENT TO THIS CARWASH YESTERDAY PAID FOR A 10 DOLLAR WASH AND IT STOPPED RUNNING AFTER IT PUT BLUE SOAP ON MY CAR, HOPING IT WOULD RESTART AGAIN I WENT BACK AND DID THE 6 DOLLAR WASH JUST TO GET THE SOAP OFF MY CAR AND THE VACUUM DID NOT COME ON EITHER TIME I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER FOR THAT WASH AND IT RINGS BUSY CONSTANTLY I IWLL NOT BE USING THAT ONE AGAIN!
