Customer service setting up delivery was fine. I asked if I could be called prior and have a time of the 4 hour window also fine I was told to call that morning.I called and was told we were second on the truck about 10 so I my carpenter’s go on site at 10 AM and wait 11 12 . A man shows up on driveway with a clipboard telling me they are here ,They are halfway up driveway we ask them to kindly move over to side as my client was leaving with his child in the car.
