This place is the worst. They pass all the fees onto residents at their own choosing and get you in at a cheap price only to raise prices 6 months after the purchase and continues to increase. The billing structure makes no sense and no one will explain it because they know they are ripping people off and all the "amenities' shut down in the summer exceot for the pool and even have a curfew on when you can access the computer room that should be available 24/7 but they like to treat us like we are children.
