I use this pharmacy because it's close to San Manuel where I live but every month I have the same issue with them. I'll call to find out if they have received my prescription and they always say you can pick it up this afternoon but I always give them until the next morning, then I give them a call to make sure and they always say you can pick that up before noon that day, so I drive over there only to be told oh we don't have it but you can pick it up tomorrow... This used to be a great pharmacy however since the closure of the San Manuel location it has gone down hill. In my case I requested a refill on a Wednesday amd since I am unable to request the refill much farther in advance I thought surely it would be ready by Friday. I went in, stood in a long line for the first time ever at this location only to be told my prescription was still being processed and needed to be counted. The Pharmacist, Enrique and his associates are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to answer questions and to see if you can purchase some OTC products, saving me a 40, plus mile round-trip to Walmart!
