The people that work there are great, willing to listen and help
I don’t know what’s going on, this company doesn’t want to contact their customers at all, I’ve been struggling with them for 3 months, I’ve been making insurance transfers to them for 2 years, I don’t have my insurance number to go and use at least for my children’s teeth, 2 months of correspondence and they still say wait 90 days we will answer you, are you serious? they give me an appointment with a specialist, we come, she sends us to hell that I am doing something else and I can’t help you. how so what's going on? read ... read more
