Iconique landmark, significant to Canada and Montreal history

Nice well maintained building
We were walking along Rue Mansfield heading south and saw this historic building in Downtown Montréal. We recently learnt the history of this building. It was built in three phases from 1914 to 1933. Its architecture height is 122 metres and its 24 stories tall. Once completed it was the largest building in the British Empire in terms of square footage.
