Je crois qu’ils ont fermé le service a la clientèle. C’est pt leur stratégie pour ne plus qu’on réclame. Depuis qu’ils ont changé de gestionnaire pas moyen d’avoir de service nul part. Ni au téléphone ni en ligne. J’ai attendu 1 hre hier, puis 30 minutes et suis encore en attente aujourd’hui en ligne comme au téléphone. C’est parce qu’on a une vie nous autre aussi!!!
