Poor customer service I heard good things about this guy's service and work so I called him up to try and get my windows tinted. I tried to make appts on 2 separate days and on both occasions the proprietor asked that I call before the appt. Each time he cancelled. I should not be his appt setter or secretary and have to call him to remind him of an appt. That defeats the purpose of an appt. If you want to go to him for his great prices, be prepared to get the disorganized service you pay for.
