My extended family booked SunKiss’d for the week of New Years and could not be happier! We travel often and are used to working with owners and rental agencies. This experience was TOP NOTCH and ranks as one of our best ever! The house was large and had everything we could ask for. The pool area was wonderful with a hammock to boot! Very unprofessional and hard to get in contact with. If they wouldn't answer to your request for quotes, I wonder how reliable they would be to answer for help on their rental during stay?? After multiple texting & signing into their website and becoming a "member" etc.., finally they answered by saying that the property was already booked for the dates I requested. Instead they offered the same property but different dates from what I asked initially, and when I asked for the price for the new dates they offered, again they... read more
Very unprofessional and not helpful. Changed the cancellation policy which I have proof was forfeit 25% of the deposit if cancellation prior to 60 days to 25% of the weekly rate.
