This was years ago and I am still extremely frustrated with Dr. Kim’s service. I had and still have a urinary issue, and after months of tests, examinations, and even a cystoscopy, the best Dr. Kim could give me was “you need to destress then your problem will go away”. No prescriptions to help with my problem, no suggestion of physical therapy. Thanks a lot Dr. Kim, telling me to relax is just SO helpful. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND IT WAS A 3 MONTH WAIT, I FINALLY CAME HERE AND THERE IS NOBODY IN THE OFFICE, I MEAN ITS CLOSED ... I CHECKED GOOGLE AND IT SAYS THEY SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN FROM 8 TO 5 .... MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9 ONLY TO FIND THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED ...... NOW IM GONNA HAVE TO FIND A DIFFERENT UROLOGIST AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT... NOT TO MENTION THAT I TOOK THE BUS TO GET HERE ....AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! THEY'RE SIMPLY "NOT" PROFESSIONAL!!!
Ok, one time they screwed me. They claimed to have called me and cancelled my appointment but I am so on top of my messages, I didn’t get a voicemail; anyway I get to the office and they reschedule me and I’m mad, yadda yadda yadda. Anyway, I’m 35 and I’m having prostate and kidney issues. The type of care I’m getting was related to painful symptoms in my private areas, medication given took care of big pains but not all of it and i still have lingering pains. I’m scared.
