I’m absolutely disappointed by the service I received from this company. I trusted them with my valuable jewelry, and they stole it. I handed over my items for a simple repair, and when I went back to pick them up, they had mysteriously disappeared and replaced with replica. The staff acted like they didn’t know anything, and the manager was completely unhelpful. No apology, no explanation— they refused to take any responsibility. Sun jewelers quality has diminished significantly. My family & I have been customers for over 20 years. The young lady that works in there has the nastiest disposition . I brought a necklace and memorial Charm from here. The picture on the charm has come off twice now. I was told by the daughter that it's not supposed to last forever. 🤔 Excuse me? That's something to say to a customer that is unsatisfied with the quality of jewelry they have purchased. This place finds cheap jewelry and up-sales-it for 2-3x it's worth. I wo... read more
Horrible experience didn’t even get to buy anything. As soon as I walked in I was asked was I looking and I said yes(because aren’t you suppose to look before you buy something ?) and the big head Chinese guy chuckled…This was my second time attempting to purchase something here for my son and I just couldn’t bring myself to do it because they have the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced.
