500 a month for non climate controll no electricity rat infested 10 x 20 locker. Average price thru out us is 3 something. I know of several of us who can't afford to even rent there anymore. Thieves.

I'm currently paying 319 a month for a 10 x 20. Now they are going up to 425 a month. This is a 33.23 rent increase. After researching I found the average market price is $290 for a climate control space of same size. I realize everything is more expensive here, but this is getting insane. This place doesn't even offer electricity or climate control. To the credit of onsite management, they have tried to fight back on the rent raise saying it's to much of a increase but they refuse to come down. I was told the kids took over... read more
