SCAM!!! I hope more people become aware of what crooks this company is I owned a house for over 2 yrs here only to have it forcefully repossessed by their scam of a finance company Triad finacial with no notice!!! Went to pay my lot rent that Friday and the office of Brookside manor refused to take it stating the finance company had put a seize and lock order total which was total bs as all my house payments were made! If I could give less that 1 star I would. I was warned by former tenants that they would try to over charge for move out fees and boy did they. We moved from out of state & had to find a temporary home last minute, so we only wanted to be there for 1 year. We thought our lease was up a year after our move in, but since it was at the beginning of the month, they made us pay the whole month even after we bought a house and moved out a month early.
