Food quality remains the same as when they were still kam ho. However, price actually increased a lot compared to before and portion also became smaller. I will still be coming back every once in a while but won't be as often as before due to the inconvenient location and increased prices.

My family and I have been eating at Sun Ho Yuen for over 30 years, back when their first stall was on Ackroyd right next to Save On, then when they moved to Cook Road, and then finally on Capstan. Super happy they’re back now and serving the same tasty noodles and wontons from my childhood. I had my first ever wonton from Ho Yuen 30 years ago and it’s still the best in Vancouver IMO

No utensils on a takeout order? How do u know if im eating at home or work? The food is not bad actually the best part is the soup and the noodles the beef brisket on the other hand was a bit dry and flavorless . As well dont rely on the screen outside to know if ur order is done . U have to stand inside and wait or keep going inside and checking as they do not care

Tried the beef brisket and tendon noodle, wonton and shuikao noodle and fish cake noodle. the beef brisket and tendon is best one and worth going back for. the other two were alright.
