DO NOT USE VERY BAD COMPANY. I had a $15,000 gas ducted heating system installed by Sun Heating. 2 years later and it has stopped working. Someone from Sun Heating came and had a look and said 'I'll have to get back to you'. They have not come back. I call their mobile numbers and they don't pick up. I have sent text messages to both mobile numbers on their website with no response. I have called the office number and no-one answers and it says the 'mailbox is full'. Dissapointed to discover way too late that after a successful gas heating installation by sun heating have subsequently discovered that like another reviewer here our Airconditioning was installed without the filter in place and the underfloor unit (out of sight) installed in a very odd position draining to under the house as well. Suggests quality control not sufficiently in place to pick these errors up.
