I attend Matt Yoga every Monday morning at Sun Health. The class is great but we need more people. Nice facility and close by.
It great love the classes. Gail the chair yoga plus and mat yoga is awesome. Charlie tai chi instructor is awesome.
One of their people driving wildly in their cars just almost caused me to wreck my car with my son in it. He thought was funny. I got on dash cam. Some old man with short beard.
They treat seniors with an impatient intolerant attitude.
